Fair Park (1300 Robert B. Cullum Blvd, Dallas, TX 75210) is a 277-acre National Historic Landmark and the largest collection of 1930s Art Deco exposition architecture in the United States. Home to the State Fair of Texas (late September through mid-October), the Cotton Bowl, Dos Equis Pavilion, the African American Museum, the Children's Aquarium at Fair Park, and the Perot Museum's satellite Natural History collection, Fair Park runs as a destination year-round. During State Fair weeks, parking near the fairgrounds fills by mid-morning on Saturdays, and First Avenue backs up for several blocks in both directions.
